Goal
The objective was to create a brand that reflected the experience of the coworking space itself.
Many coworking brands lean heavily into either corporate professionalism or startup culture. Haven & Co. aimed to sit comfortably between the two, offering a workspace that felt productive, creative and genuinely human.
The identity needed to establish trust, attract new members and create a visual system that could work consistently across signage, marketing materials, digital platforms and future expansion.
Tone
The visual direction centred around calm confidence.
Rather than relying on loud colours or trend-driven design, the brand was developed to feel welcoming, thoughtful and established. The tone combines modern simplicity with softer visual cues that encourage a sense of focus, community and belonging.
Every design decision was made to support an environment where people could do their best work without distraction.
Logo Design
The logo was developed to capture the balance between creativity and structure that defines the coworking experience.
Custom lettering introduced subtle movement and personality while maintaining a clean and professional appearance. Particular attention was given to the treatment of the letterforms, creating a mark that feels distinctive without becoming overly decorative.
The result is a flexible identity that works equally well across digital platforms, physical signage and printed materials while remaining immediately recognisable.

Brand System
Beyond the logo itself, the project focused on building a complete visual language for the brand.
Typography, colour palettes, spacing systems and supporting graphic elements were developed to create consistency throughout the customer experience. The system was designed to feel calm and approachable while retaining enough character to stand apart from more corporate workspace brands.
The outcome is a visual identity that feels modern, creative and adaptable across a wide range of applications.

Website Design
The website was designed to introduce Haven & Co. as more than just a workspace.
Clear content hierarchy, strong calls to action and carefully structured user journeys help visitors understand the space, explore membership options and enquire about availability. The layout prioritises simplicity and clarity while maintaining the warmth established through the branding.
Subtle visual treatments, generous spacing and carefully considered typography contribute to an experience that feels professional, welcoming and easy to navigate.

Outcome
The finished concept provides Haven & Co. with a complete brand and digital presence capable of supporting the launch and growth of a modern coworking business.
