Sophie kate photography is a premium photography brand aimed at wedding venues, equestrian events and portrait photography. I built the brand and website to fit above other competitive photographers in the same industry so the photography studio could thrive in its competition.

Goal
Create a premium brand to attract new customers, wedding venues and more to be invested in the photography services offered.
Tone
The brand needs to feel medium-premium to attract a variety of customers creating the feeling of premium quality without a premium price. I built a tone and brand that was aesthetic and clearly showed the photography whilst remaining functional and different.
Logo Design
The logo is a beautiful piece of branding, created using the signature of Sophie Kate. After a variety of combinations I arrived at this simpified symbol which has been used to show the premium feel my client wished to represent.

The website embraces being different, with a signature first view, the snapshot of services and a key website title the goal was to immediatly hook the client base and identify which service to feed them to. The website features a client portal with hidden galleries for each customer, which is quick and easy to use.
Branding
This brand explores the use of interesting typographies, visual imagary, muted colours and strategic layouts to create a beautiful end product that clearly communicates the brand positioning to customers requiring Sophie Kate photography services.
